Founded in 2004 by Nick Howse and Mark Jackson, we have many years’ combined experience in all aspects of partnership marketing and campaign and media planning with particular expertise in sourcing quality, compliant data for outbound, email or postal campaigns.

With offices in Buckinghamshire and Bristol, our current clients include blue chip companies and high profile brands, SME’s and 85+ leading UK charities.

NICK HOWSE

Managing Director

Nick spent several years working for the marketing arm of Bank of Scotland’s affinity credit card business. Affinity partners included the likes of RSPCA, Arsenal FC, UNISON and the NSPCC.

Nick also helped pioneer the first large scale direct sales operation in the credit card industry as well as being the first to use new venues such as service stations and railway concourses.

Earlier in his career, Nick worked for organisations including AXA Sun Life, Hazelwood Foods and also Lifecycle Marketing
(part of the TNT Post Group).

Most recently, Nick has successfully led HJM to become a best-practice GDPR compliant, lead generation service provider, working across a number of varied and challenging campaigns for multiple B2C clients and their relevant sectors.

Nick lives with his wife and two daughters in Bristol, England and admits to supporting Bristol City FC…especially after they’ve won!

MARK JACKSON

Director

After 6 years’ service for Lloyds Bank plc, followed by a role within International Sales, Mark entered the Direct Marketing Industry in 1997 where he spent the next several years.

Working for a leading direct marketing agency, he created a successful sales & marketing division whilst simultaneously managing a team of sales professionals.

Mark has also held senior roles within the marketing industry, before jointly founding campaign & media planning specialists Howse Jackson Marketing.

Since 2009 Mark has also taken the lead role of creating and developing HJM’s highly successful sister company, The Goodwill Partnership which works with more than 85 leading UK charity partners.

Mark lives with his wife, 3 children (and two dogs!) in Buckinghamshire. A passion for anything with wheels, he can also be spotted at nearby Silverstone, but perhaps not as often as he would like!
