The reach and coverage of radio is exceptional. Over 47 million UK adults tuned into their selected radio stations in Q1 of 2013 alone, with the average radio listener tuning in for 22 hours per week.

Digital radio is also making serious inroads, with the share of all radio listening hours via a digital platform growing 17% year on year and mobile seeing a significant rise in popularity.
