Q. How many SMS broadcasts can I send each month?
A. Up to 2 SMS broadcasts can be sent each month within the set monthly fee. Additional broadcasts can be arranged at extra cost.
Q. How many customers can my text messages be sent to?
A. There really is no limit, it is up to you. However, we recommend a minimum volume of 100.
Q. Can I send texts to specific selections of my customer database?
A. Yes. Simply supply us with the data and the message you wish to send.
Q. I don’t have a customer database at the moment.
A. No problem. We can help you build this quite quickly. Click here for more details.
Q. How can I pay?
A. Payment is monthly by direct debit.
Q. Am I tied into a contract?
A. There is no long term contract, you can cancel at any time by giving just one month’s notice.
Q. How much does it cost?
A. Not much! See below for pricing details.
Q. Is my customer data safe with you?
A. Absolutely. We have been in business 12 years and work with some of the biggest brands in the UK. We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) and are legally allowed to manage data.
Q. I want to send out a broadcast today. Can you do this?
A. We prefer to have 48 hours notice, but yes, we can often do this. Just ring or email us your requirements and we will do our best to help.
Q. Can I send attachments?
A. Yes. We can attach your PDF’s, word documents, images etc to your text message at no extra cost.
Q. What is a short code?
A. A short code can be used to receive immediate responses e.g. Text ‘HJSMS’ to 60777. We can send responses automatically to an email address or number of your choice.
